Order Processing & Turnaround
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Patch Drop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages
Patch Drop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can help you initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
