Refund Policy

30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible.

Please note: Final sale items, personalized/custom items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

Starting your return is quick and easy:

  • Send us an email at info@patchdrop.shop 

  • Include in the email your order number, and reason for return, refund or exchange

  • We will email you back a prepaid return label

  • Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your package.

 

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to post to your account.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for all domestic orders. 

 

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We gladly accept exchanges! Follow the steps in our Returns Center and select "Exchange" to secure your new item while inventory lasts.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our support team immediately at info@patchdrop.shop so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.
